All our products are stringently tested for microbiological bacteria by our UKAS accredited lab ensuring food safety at all times. We routinely send food, water and environmental samples to our accredited food laboratory who conduct a full range of in-house microbiology and chemical testing.

We aim to maintain the highest level of food safety accreditation at a grade ‘A’ certified by a Globally recognised Food Safety Initiative called BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards). With continuous on going improvements, Medina Food Group Ltd has achieved an ‘A’ Grade in BRCGS for the last 12 years by demonstrating compliance towards a robust Food Safety Management System which exceeds the minimum legal requirements.

Medina prides in providing fresh locally sourced ingredients with full traceability which ties in with our BRCGS standards and compliance to Food Law Regulation (EC) 178/2002. This results in the production of authentic fresh meals.
